Meal Planning: A week of simple dinners



 On Sundays, I usually take the time to prep food and plan meals for the week. Over the years, I realized that this is a habit that helps us stay organized and healthy. Some people believe that eating healthy takes hours in the kitchen, so they find an excuse to eat foods that their bodies don't appreciate. The truth is... the more you plan, the better you will eat. A little planning and organization can go a long way. 

In this post, I want to prove that it is possible to eat healthy with these five no-recipe meals. As you will see, these ingredients are very simple and almost every recipe takes between 10 and 20 min. I have also included some suggestions for replacements, but you can create your own by making some adjustments.
